General terms and conditions of HAJUS AG for orders in the Liore Lash online shop.
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to contracts for goods that consumers or businesses conclude with HAJUS AG through this online shop. A consumer is any natural person acting predominantly for private purposes. A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity acting in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of goods in the online shop is not a legally binding offer. By sending your order you make a binding offer to buy the goods in your cart. We can accept this offer by an express order confirmation, by shipping the goods or by requesting payment. An automatic confirmation of receipt only documents that your order has reached us.
4. Contract language and contract text
The contract language is German. The order data and these terms are provided to you in text form as part of order processing. Please save the order summary and the contract terms for your records.
5. Prices and payment
All prices shown are total prices including statutory VAT. Any shipping costs are shown before you place the order. Only the payment methods actually offered during checkout apply. After you send the order you are redirected to the payment method you chose. Processing of the order begins once the payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the delivery areas selectable during checkout, to the delivery address you provide. Delivery time, shipping method and shipping costs are shown on the product or before you complete the order.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full. For businesses, the statutory rules on retention of title also apply.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details are in our withdrawal policy.
9. Liability for defects
The statutory rights for defects apply. Consumers are asked to report obvious transport damage to the carrier immediately where possible and to inform us. Not doing so does not affect the statutory claims.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent of a guarantee we have given. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11. Promotional vouchers
Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed within the stated period and under the stated conditions. Unless stated otherwise, one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order. Cash payment is excluded.
12. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
13. Consumer dispute resolution
HAJUS AG is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
