Right of withdrawal

Below we inform you about your statutory right of withdrawal. You can withdraw from your contract at any time online using the “Withdraw from contract” button at the bottom of every page; the model withdrawal form is at the end of this page.

Withdrawal policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods. For a single order of several goods delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email:

You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://de.liorelash.com/en/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, with information on the content of the withdrawal and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires.

Cost of return

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods if they were delivered free of defects and the return is due to your withdrawal. For a defect or a wrong delivery we are responsible for, we cover the necessary return costs.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
