Shipping costs
Shipping costs €4.95. Orders from €35.00 (after discounts) ship free of charge.
The total amount for your order including shipping is shown before you place the order.
Delivery area
We deliver to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands – at the same shipping costs everywhere.
Delivery time
Unless a different time is stated for the item, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after the order confirmation, to Austria and the Netherlands 3–5 working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. As soon as your order has shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation with the available tracking information.
Shipping method
We ship from our warehouse in Germany with a parcel service.
Payment
Only the payment methods actually shown to you during checkout apply. After you place the order you are redirected to the payment method you chose. The total amount including shipping is shown before you complete the order with an obligation to pay.
Returns
If you withdraw from the contract and the reason is not a defect or a mistake by HAJUS AG, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For a defect or a wrong delivery we are responsible for, we cover the necessary return costs.
